Senior Blockchain Backend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Backend Developers with strong ownership, hands-on experience, and a passion for building scalable blockchain solutions.

Project is building an internal wallet technology platform for custodial operations across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and TRON. The platform will unify policy and governance, wallet management, transaction construction and execution, and signing coordination under a single client-owned stack, replacing the current fragmented model of multiple vendor-specific policy engines, wallet registries, and governance frameworks.

  • Requirements:
    • Senior-level developer with 5+ years of commercial experience
    • 3+ years of production experience in blockchain development
    • Experience working with blockchain wallets, including transaction handling and key management.
    • Solid experience with Java (core backend language)
    • Strong knowledge of SQL
    • Experience working with multiple blockchain protocols (BTC, ETH, SOL, or TRX)
    • Ability to work across different chains and adapt to shifting priorities
    • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
    • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
    • Ability to work by Europe time zone
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience with Python and/or Node.js
    • Experience working in distributed teams or multi-squad environments
    • Ability to contribute to cross-functional knowledge sharing and platform improvements
  • Responsibilities:
    • Take ownership of backend services within a multi-chain wallet platform
    • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure backend systems
    • Collaborate across squads working on different blockchain protocols
    • Contribute to system architecture aligned with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
    • Support cross-team initiatives and help scale platform capabilities
